Wild Life on the Kennedy Space Center
I assume a raptor, several were flying overhead most of the afternoon. The bird on the light standard (last picture) may be the same, it looks "vulture"ish.
I was watching for alligators in the ponds around the center because of warnings. I did see something, but as it got closer, it was a little less of threat.
This bird, one of many begging for popcorn, chips, and space dots....yes space dots.
Vulture?
Pictures Dallas to Florida
These are several shots from my flight from Dallas to Houston and on to Orlando. I am off to visit the wonderful folks that work at NASA.The first pic is on a right bank over Orlando, the second (out of order), is two distinct levels of clouds somewhere over Waco.
The third is a roadside full of blue flowers.
The final picture of this foresome is of something that reminded me of the stone money I saw in Yap--except it is not so round and the whole in the middle is...more than one and not quite in the middle.
